Since receiving the LL.M. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, I have been working in the areas of Intellectual Property and Art Law. I generally work with artists seeking advice on Intellectual Property matters, litigating disputes, negotiating contracts to transfer property, and estate planning. My experience includes acquisition and enforcement of trademark rights (including office actions), protection of fashion designs, copyright licensing, royalty agreements, UDRP actions, LLC formations, as well as counseling clients on branding and building IP portfolios.
