Sharon Atias

Sharon Atias (Attorney) born Tel Aviv, Israel, 1982; admitted to bar, 2010, New York.

Education: Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (J.D.). Sharon Atias is an Attorney admitted to practice as an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law by the Appellate Division of the State of New York Second Judicial Department since May of 2010. Sharon received her Bachelor's of the Arts degree from Hofstra University class of 2003. While at Hofstra, Sharon majored in Philosophy and Business Law. Sharon is also a member of Sigma Delta Tau, Gamma Chapter since 2001. Sharon then conferred her Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, class of 2007. Through Touro, Sharon worked with the Family Law Clinic where she represented clients in divorce actions; acquired orders of protection, counseled and represented clients for trials, inquests, and conferences in domestic violence matters, in addition or working to resolve child custody disputes. During her course of study at Touro, Sharon was awarded for Excellence in Family Law (), and Excellence in Jurisprudence (). Sharon is also a fraternal member of Phi Alpha Delta since 2004 and spent the summer of 2005 in the Israel Experience summer abroad program. Additional memberships Sharon holds include the American Bar Association (ABA), the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), NYSBA General Practice Section, NYSBA Real Property Section, the Nassau County Bar Association (NCBA), the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and the National Association of Mortgage Professionals (NAMP). Experience: Sharon has worked in the Real Estate field since 1997, first as a sales agent at Atias Enterprises, Inc., a property management and investment company, among several other real estate offices in the Long Island area.

Sharon has also worked as a Legal Assistant with Randall S. Newman, P.C., where the focus was primarily on Taxation Law, and Horwitz & Zim Law Group, P.C. a Real Estate firm. Recently, Sharon has worked with The Law Offices of Anthony C. Giordano, P.C. which is a multi-area practice law firm. Currently: Sharon began her own practice in May of 2010, Sharon Atias Attorney at Law, PLLC located at 60 Madison Avenue, New York, New York. The Firm focuses namely on Real Estate Law and provides a wide variety of Per Diem Services, in addition to an assortment of package deals & bonus services to Attorneys. This growing Firm handles a wide range of cases and provides numerous legal services. Sharon Atias' firm focuses heavily on the various areas of Real Estate Law, namely, Landlord-Tenant proceedings. Another area of focus provided by the Firm is its Per Diem services to Attorneys in the 5 Boroughs of New York, Nassau County and Suffolk County.
