If you see this lawyer, RUN! First things first he never informed my son of his grand jury, which is his given right and this lawyer took it upon his self to not tell my child about his grand jury so that he could’ve seen if he wanted to attend ,he took away his decision making, and decided to make t...he decision for him, which should be illegal secondly he took more than two months. I wanna say maybe even more to show us his discovery, which was a video that was pertinent to his case that should’ve been seen immediately ,when he finally did tell us that the video was available I went to his office to meet him for him to show me ,he still wasn’t prepared because all he could show me were still photos. This lawyer was so incompetent that he didn’t even know how to work his own computer because all he had to do was press play and he could’ve showed us the video but he wasn’t able to do that so it took another month or so or longer before we even seen the video and the only reason we seen the video was because we had to go to the district attorney’s office and she was the one who showed it to us so we never even seen his discovery more than halfway through his case, my son actually had to get rid of him just for sheer incompetence thirdly after viewing the video I came to the conclusion that my son had a 50/50chance immediately after the meeting with the district attorney after viewing the video I tried to argue my son‘s case for him with the lawyer and ask him about the grand jury and how come he didn’t tell my son about his grand jury, which he proceeded to tell me he did what he thought was best We had a little back-and-forth banter at which time he told me in a facetious manner “that’s why I’m the lawyer”. I googled him shortly after to see his win lose ratio and jokes on him he passed the bar but a lawyer he is not ! I feel 100 percent confident in saying this is the most horrible lawyer I’ve ever dealt with in my life ,his win lose ratio when it comes to criminal law is laughable at best ! This guy is a whole joke and should be ashamed to call himself a lawyer at any capacity. I’ve NEVER written a review or a complaint in my life, with that being said , I had to say something about this guy. He is not a good attorney at all no exaggeration bottom of the barrel period! Don’t even do a consultation just run as fast as you can in the opposite direction please. If you value your freedom this guy is not for you one bit !
