Marisa was easily reachable via phone, email or text. I tend to be the type A, anxious individual and I hate having to wait more than an hour for a reply and Marisa was a consummate professional in terms of that. Her knowledge of real estate law was impressive and knowing I had a competent advocate on my side put me at ease. Since my property was a new construction condo, we did not close for 9 months after signing the contract. There was a lot of stress involved and having Marisa by my side during this tumultuous period of time was invaluable. Marisa is our good friend, hence I will try to comment objectively. Marisa is very responsive and friendly, she is great at following up with both buyer and seller. We were always able to reach her when we had questions during the selling process. Not only that, on the closing date, my wife was trave...ling and she was able to help us close. The selling process was a little bit complicated then usual as the buyer could only give us part of the deposit on contract signing, and 30 days later make up the difference. Overall she will be a good choice for your real estate need.
