W. Miller Hall

I recently retained Miller to represent me when I was already embroiled in a complex, nightmarish 5 year law suit, that my Landlord had initiated in order to illegally force me out of my rent stabilized apartment. Within 3 months, Miller's ability to decipher the byzantine legal issues (which involv...ed Housing Court, Supreme Court and the DHCR) of the case and subsequently utilize his tactical ingenuity, allowed for me to FINALLY end the non-stop Odyssey and obtain a very successful resolution. Equally as important (to me at least), Miller gives a damn about his clients. His professionalism and dedication to the case was unwavering and I appreciated the personal care that he and his colleagues provided throughout. If there is a New York City tenant who needs an honest Advocate who will fight on their behalf, while caring enough to listen and consult every step of the way, then Miller is your Man. If I could give him and his Firm more than Five Stars... I would!
