Robert Grimble has been practicing law in New York City since 1976. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Bob grew up outside of Pittsburgh, PA.

He earned his Bachelor of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1972, and went on to earn his law degree from Northeastern University in 1975. After serving as clerk to the Honorable Eugene Nardelli, now retired from the Appellate Division, First Department, Bob went into private practice in 1981.

Bob was a partner at Jennings & Grimble, P.C., for over seven years before starting his own firm, Robert Grimble, P.C. In 2002, Bob teamed up with Robin LoGuidice, who was of counsel to his firm, to form Grimble & LoGuidice, LLC.

Bob believes in giving back to the community. He has worked for many years as a volunteer at Eviction Intervention Services and Project Basement and in 2003 he was awarded the prestigious Jane Brown Service award.

Bob has many interests other than the practice of law that contribute to his understanding of the people he serves. As a former musician, Bob enjoys playing low brass and saxophone, and he is also an accomplished painter. In his free time he enjoys photography, working with computers, reading science fiction, practicing Pilates, and scuba diving
