Ms Sigal is a horrible lawyer. She is lazy, does not return calls and is only there to cash in on checks. I agree with the previous (and only) review she has received. Ellen Sigal was court appointed to represent my children in a custody issue. While she was happy to cash my checks, it was nearly impossible to get her to represent her clients. In issue after issue, she would weigh in with opinions without asking her clients what they wanted. Instead, she became... little more than a mouthpiece for my wife's lawyer. When her partisan coverage is combined with an unwillingness to return phone calls and e-mails, you will become very frustrated. My case isn't done, and I continue to hold out hope that Ms. Sigal will do her job; but until then I regret her involvement in the case and I will do what I can to protect other families from her unwillingness to represent her clients and her unwillingness to return phone calls and e-mails.
