I missed my court appearance and contacted Mr. Musico and the matter was handled immediately. Avoid this company! First off, I hired him and he hired another law firm without advising me. Secondly, He told me that i dont have to be in court bc they will take care of it. I went in court because I wanted to make sure I get the right representation. When i go there, the judge calls my name and n...o attorney was there!!! I kept calling the office and no one would give me an answer why. If I answer there,I would have been found guilty right on spot!!I had to explain it to the judge what happened, so he would reschedule my hearing another day. After the rescheduling, the new attorney that he hired went for the second hearing, and unfortunately I wasnt able to be there . The answer came guilty!!! 10 points for speeding + HOV lane. I had to pay about $1000 in fines, $400 for the attorney, and $750 the NYS for exceeding the 6 points in 18 months period (which is like double jeopardy). The total was around $2000 and so much hassle to deal with him. If you dont believe me, go ahead and try it yourself. I warned you
