Biography
Peter Smith is admitted to practice law in all State Courts in the State of New York.
Peter primarily focuses on civil litigation, corporate counsel, intellectual property (trademarks), criminal defense, and corporate formations (Operating and Partnership Agreements, Contracts, Equity Grants, etc.). For his clients, he has taken on Fortune 500 organizations, major insurance companies, and fought for justice for clients who have been falsely arrested and maliciously prosecuted.
He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both English and History from Franklin & Marshall College and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
Prior to his practice, he worked with startups, both large and small, on legal matters and business development, which gave him additional insight into successfully managing legal strategies, negotiations, and strategy.
