Biography
Nell Hirschmann-Levy is an attorney at Rozen Law Group, one of New York City's only law firms to handle tenant side cases exclusively. Our office also serves cooperative shareholders, condo owners, and commercial tenants. Prior to joing the firm, Nell worked for The Legal Aid Society as a staff attorney, where she specialized in housing law and represented hundreds of tenants facing eviction from private and subsidized housing in NYC. Nell litigated numerous cases and has successfully challenged landlords on the basis of harassment, deplorable living conditions, due process violations, rent overcharge and more. As a litigator and zealous advocate for New Yorkers, Nell puts her clients first and is committed to giving them the best representation.
