If you reach a settlement together and it is drafted and properly executed then you can choose to agree to whatever terms work for both of you.

Most likely it means that it is final and you can pick up a copy of your judgement of divorce. Call the court for confirmation.

If you are the plaintiff it means that you have been awarded custody of your children.
