Your marriage while you were married is void. So essentially you need to marry again for the marriage in the islands to be a valid marriage.

Here is nothing you can do to protect yourself from false accusations. If she is abiding or harassing you get an order of protection in family court.

If a judge signed it then it is valid. If you believe there is an error in the order then you need to address it with the court.
