There isn't a specific age. A 16 year old is more likely to be heard and an 11 year olds wishes will be listened to.

Yes. The court will not give a prisoner custody. It is hard to parent while incarcerated.

If she refuses to go with her father, she really can't be forced at this age.

You would have to refill the paperwork from scratch.

If you are on the birth certificate then paternity is settled and you are the legal father.
