I have extensive litigation experience.

I was associate counsel at the New York State Bill Drafting Commission from 1978-1981 where I drafted legislation for the New York State Assembly and Senate.

I was a bankruptcy partner at Kreines Simon and Fisch with a focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 practice.  

I was a partner at Frankel and Eidman in New York.

I have taught business law at Touro College in New York. Lectures covered multiple areas of law including contracts, legal and equitable remedies under the law, tort issues, and creditor rights. 

I am a trial lawyer with extensive litigation experience. 

I have succesfully litigated numerous lead poisoning and other very serious personal injury cases for over 35 years.
