Send copies, but bring the originals to the interview. Affidavit of support, however, you might want to send with the original signatures to NVC.

Wait until you turn 21 and make enough money to support your parents. if you do not have enough income, than find a co-sponsor.

You should see an attorney because the omission, although innocent, could be interpreted as if you are hiding something by immigration.
