Terrible lawyer

He represented me as a public defender and was garish, rude, went on vacation and refused to work on my case or speak to me at all while exculpatory evidence was lost because of his failure to colect video footage proving my innocence. Omansky told me to take a plea even though I was innocent, and th...en didn 't ever call the proseutor to get an offer. I called the apellate division and asked for a new attorney, as you should. They removed Omansky from my case and gave me a competent public defender who promptly got my case dismissed.
