From the beginning, I encountered a lack of knowledge and professionalism from the staff. No one seemed to be familiar with the law, and I had difficulty determining who was responsible for what, as well as how duties were assigned to employees. The office environment was disorganized, and I was ...concerned about the overall level of professionalism displayed by the staff. Additionally, I observed inappropriate workplace behavior, including conflicts of interest that raise ethical concerns. Due to these issues, I have lost confidence in the firm’s ability to handle legal matters competently. To clarify, I may be compelled to report my concerns to the state bar association and leave a public review detailing my experience.

On May 18th Kevin D Cullen sends me letter regarding my sister’s apartment. He states that I have not made arrangements to remove her property and on June 30 his client will dispose of the property. Now Mr Cullen has failed to get proper information or if he had he deems it ok to send threatening ...letters to old ladies- and then not return a call and refuse to take a second call. The rent on my sister’s apartment- has been paid continuously as has the electric bill. I live in Los Angeles, I’m 77 , have COPD, Apparently Mr Cullen is totally ignorant of the recent pandemic. The fact is that I did have a friend - with keys- helping to dispose of some of the contents in the apartment. When she tried to have the piano taken (with my authority) she was advised that she COULD NOT remove anything and then the management illegally changed the lock without advising me. Therefore- Mr Cullen has made the assumption that it was I who was delaying the removal of contents. While the rent is being paid it is not only lllegal to change the lock but it is way past being illegal to dispose of the contents. Perhaps Mr Cullen needs a refresher course in Legal 101. I called and he was rude. Said I had plenty of time since January. He said he would check with client and get back to me. He never called. When I called a few days later he wouldn’t take my call and his secretary said she didn’t have a copy of the letter- do I emailed it to her. She assured me she would have Mr Cullen return my call. She didn’t and he didn’t. I cannot the at the apartment until late July and then if I need a mover it will be sometime in august that the apartment will be vacated If you are looking for a recommendation for a lawyer I would definitely avoid Kevin D Cullen unless you like to deal with a rude thug.
