James Michael Moschella

I came to know James Moschella quite well over the past few years. Mostly due to my propensity for being a man-child who didn't know any better and found himself in quite a bit of trouble on multiple occasions. I was facing 2 felony counts and 1 misdemeanor. Even though I was a first time offende...r the District Attorney would not offer me a plea. Jim always stuck by my defense and not once did he encourage me to take the plea. Even if losing meant doing some time. Jim was always up front that the likely hood of a full acquittal is very rare and made sure I knew the maximum sentence. We went to trial and as hard as the DA tried to add charges and introduce different case law Jim was on point and always ready to rebut the prosecution. Jim is a fierce litigator and was well prepped with case law for everything that came our way. Jim knows the law, is familiar with case law, and knows your rights. I knew I was in trouble and needed the best. So I hired him. Jim is professional and solid.
