Jainey Elizabeth Samuel

I contacted Samuel's firm and was referred to her. We met and discussed the nature of my problem. She seemed to understand it and proposed a couple of avenues of resolution. I was somewhat encouraged initially, but then became discouraged. She said she would look into a couple of legal issues and... get back to me the following week. Well, that turned into three weeks, during which I made 4 calls to the office and received only one call back, which went to my voicemail. When we did hear back, we were told the matter was more complex and she needed more time to look into it. So, another week, another month passed, nothing. After 3 more calls, I was told she was on vacation and no one knew anything about my case. After two more weeks, I gave up on her ever addressing my issues. What was most irritated me is that she said she would look into it, indicated she thought she could resolve it quickly, but in reality, I am not sure she ever looked into anything and she certainly did not do it quickly or communicate with me at all.
