So call ACS or DYFS in NJ and have them start an investigation if the kid is not getting what he needs.

You could, but if he files a habeus petition you'll be dragged back to NY, and look pretty bad. You can petition the Court to move.

Why don't you file a support action against him, and then you will find out when he appears in Court or if they do a search?
