If both NY and NJ have jurisdiction, I strongly suggest you speak to an attorney who is licensed in both NY and in NJ and discuss what your options...
1. Recently opened CPS case, 2. mom moves across state lines, 3. what happens if she delivers a baby in that state?

Unfortunatly, you can't reason or fight with crazy, and there is nothing you can do to stop crazy from calling CPS for no reason.

He can't just kick you out. He will need a court order to evict you. You don't mention if you were remarried or not. You might wish to seek child...

The support formular is the same upstate as it is downstate. You will still be obligated to support him.
