You need to speak to an attorney in Washington State for advice. I do not think that both you and your kids would each be entitled to shares....

You need to conduct an administration in NYS in the county in which he resided in at the time of death.
Can I serve my wife divorce papers myself and have her sign a acknowledgment of service form?

No you cannot. You cannot serve her with papers.

At our first custody/divorce pretrial the Judge gave temporary custody to father without considering the best interest of her.

If your company is only 4 months old, then its unlikely it is worth much more than the money placed into it at its incorporation.
