Unless the order says that he can't do it, then he can do it. You might need to speak to your attorney.

Are you trying to keep his property?
You might want to check the child support order or speak to your attorney.
If you are saying that dad should have no contact then why would anyone push for mediation. There doesn't seem much to mediate.
His estate may be liable for them, and if the wife used the cards after he died then there are all sorts of other issues.
If you are the father you will be on the hook to help pay for your child's upbringing.
