Gina M. Wicik

Gina earned her Bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University in 2007 and her Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Long Island University at C.W. Post in 2011. She received her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center in 2015 and was admitted to practice law in New York in 2016. She is also admitted to practice in New Jersey.
During law school, Gina gained valuable experience through internships with both the Nassau County and Suffolk County District Attorney’s Offices, where she was exposed to the prosecution and resolution of criminal cases. She also interned for the Honorable Fernando Camacho, then an Acting Supreme Court Justice, at the Cohalan Court Complex in Suffolk County. During that time, she worked alongside the court, attorneys, interns, and law enforcement agencies in connection with the development of Suffolk County’s Felony Youth Part.
Since becoming an attorney, Gina has concentrated her practice on criminal defense, DWI/DUI defense, and traffic violations. She has represented clients and appeared in courts throughout New York and New Jersey.
Gina is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, and New York County Lawyers Association.
