Replied last September 21, 2016This is a man who came to me after being ordered deported more than 15 years ago. His request for prosecutorial discretion was not granted by the DHS and he feels it was a lawyer's fault. Client proceeded to report me to the Bar which found out that I did nothing wrong and in fact provided him with the best counsel in his circumstances. This negative comment is totally out of place.
