I highly recommend retaining a criminal defense attorney as you now may have to deal with a violation in addition to the new allegations.

I recommend you retain an attorney for the hearing as a support violation is a punishable offense.

You are correct. Absent fraud, the records are confidential as to the attorney and the client unless it is a disciplinary proceeding or a fee dispute.
