I hired him thought his law office for my asylum case back in 2003 and they were good, preparing my case, gave me every copy of the evidences. I paid $4,000 in 2003. The problem began when I moved to another state, they asked for $5,000 in 2004 to move my case (I found out in 2009, that it doesn't co...st that much to move the case). They wanted this money outside of the agreement that we had made so I was skeptical but I couldn't find a good lawyer in my state so I kept hired him. In 2005 at the court hearing, he FORGOT my fingerprints so the hearing was delayed for another year. In 2006, he asked more money for his accommodations for the hearing, I didn't want to argue with him, I just wanted my case to finish because it took longer than I expected. At the hearing, he didn't tell me to get very important evidence for my Asylum case (to proof that I had trauma of persecution) so the judge denied my case. I filed the first appeal and he asked for another $5,000. The result for the appeal was still the same with the judge (again he didn't tell me to get that important evidence). I appealed again in 2007 and he asked another $5,000. The second appeal result was the same that I was denied. So from 2003 until 2008, I wasted 5 years of my life waiting for the case and spent about $20,000 for my asylum case and I got NOTHING other than depressions and hardship because of what he did to my case.
