The first denial will have no effect on your second application. Do not leave, re-apply but make sure you and your husband meet the requirements...

Unfortunately not. Adoption could possibly be an alternative - consult a good lawyer in your area. If you are eligible to naturalize do it asap.

It depends on whether you want a visa or a status. You can travel only with the visa.
