No. If your employer had started the "green card process" over a year ago you would have been eligible for 1-year extensions under a special rule.

If the contract is unconscionable you don't have to honor it. Consult an attorney experienced in the field of contracts.

In order to apply now you have to be living with your husband. Otherwise you have to wait 4 years 9 months from the date on your green card.
