Great lawyer!

I am so happy I retained attorney Ebanks! I had a felony charge from a miss understanding. I had a different lawyer that told me to plea guilty or risk going to jail for a minimum of 4 years. I consulted with attorney Ebanks, speaking with him was very reassuring. I walked in the court room with att...orney Ebanks. Ebanks did what he does best and my charges were dismissed.

Amazing lawyer

I highly recommend Mr Evans he took my son's case and made us feel like we were family my son's case was very complicated and this man went out of state to visit my son he went out of his way to the way he had to do merry professional very kind we thrilled with everything he did for us it was very pa...tient with my son and with me as a mother of having a child in jail sometimes I was very complicated I have to say that I gave him a hard time but why can't I do I'm a mother working witness the event representing us was an experience that we never had before we have finally found the lawyer who actually had empathy for us and for our case we are forever grateful for his service he treated my own son like one of his boys thank you for everything you did for us to even me and my son would always have you in our hearts

Awesomely

Alberto Ebanks is an amazing attorney who if not the best certainly in the top 5 best attorneys in NYS. Mr. Ebanks exceeded my expectations going above and beyond to handle my case. Modern day Johnnie Cochran. After terminating my previous attorney, I reached out to Mr. Ebanks through a referr...al from a friend. Within just 2 days of me retaining his services he was able to reach a resolution with the prosecutor. It hasn’t even been a full 2 weeks and he managed to have my case dismissed of all charges. Anytime I had a question or concern I could call him or text him and got an immediate response. He called me frequently and kept me updated and informed on my case. My previous attorney was very lazy, overly white privileged and full of expletive. Making comments suggesting that the all accused claim to be innocent, when I was in fact innocent. I have no idea how Mr. Ebanks was able to make progress but she couldn’t. All she kept saying was my case is adjourned because of COVID. Well Mr. Ebanks managed to get the job done and did far more work in 2 days than she did in the 4 months she had my case. I highly recommend Mr. Ebanks for all criminal matters. Unlike other attorneys, I swear that my review is written genuinely with all do integrity. You are welcome to contact me about my experience as well. 25 YEARS

What a blessed year my family now have to look forward too and this is only possible thanks to God almighty and then The year 2016 was a rough year to say the least, i was charged with attempted murder (yeah, i know)which carried 25 years in prison. My life as i knew it turned upside down, not t...o mention what it did to my family. I started my search to find the best lawyer in New York and came across a few, one of them was Mr. Ebanks. He took my appointment and was very honest and straightforward, he said he was currently busy with a few other cases and wouldn't be able to give my case his undivided attention,which was actually commendable for an attoney not like the snakes who usually take your money and ignore you afterwards, which I'll come to learn the hard way. We proceded to hire an attoney we knew but wasn't 100% comfortable with, but time was of the essences. Well, long story short he wasn't the best choice but did the basic job of getting me bail of $500,000 (prosecutors painted a scenario of who they thought I was, with NO EVIDENCE to back it up with). We made bail, thank god and proceeded to look for another lawyer we went through over 5 other top New York lawyers, which cost a pretty penny. The last lawyer was with the bar association and is now under investigation due to his misconduct with my case, not to mention i was remanded with that lawyer (flight risk, no evidence) It was a never ending nightmare. I wasn't able to do anything being incarcerated, so my wife had to step in and retain another lawyer. It was now over a year and we were rightfully sceptical about hiring yet another attorney. I told my wife to give Mr.Ebanks a call again (fingers crossed), she said once she mentioned my name Mr.Ebanks remembered the entire case from a year ago, which stood out to her. This is when our prayers were answered, Mr.Ebanks said we actually called just on time, he just finished a case and was available. Let me tell you, from months of headaches with those other lawyers, having a lawyer come in last minute on a big case such as this and shake things up, was a relief. My wife is a strong minded individual and to have her rave over the phone about Mr.Ebanks good work ( answered all her calls/text messages and allowed her to voice her opioions not just brush her off )made me happy. Mr.Ebanks hired his team of specialist and an assistant and we went to trial. We started trial in June of 2017, this was Mr.Ebanks chance to show the jurors what we already knew, and that he did. Well dressed and ready for war stood Mr.Ebanks in the court room. He has this calmness about him that puts everyone at ease in a very uncomfortable situation, but when he got into it with the prosecutors he got what he wanted, his voice heard. I was actually shocked during trial when he got loud, he's not that type of person but that's just the passion he puts forth. The one and only withness was found to have committed perjury to the grand jury and during trial, the evidence Mr.Ebanks produced was overwhelmingly in our favor. The judge gave me another bail of $5,000 and sent the case to a different court, Mr.Ebanks stood strong by our side. We went to court in October 2017 and the prosecutors dropped all charges, I was fully exonerated. What! Do you understand what that feels like? To be in jail for over 8 months for a crime you didn't commit.To see the look on the lying coward who tried to destroy my life and the prosecutors who failed to do their jobs but labled me as just another bad guy, was priceless. I am forever grateful to Mr.Ebanks and his team. This man never judged me, he used the evidence and defended me and yes i know he jeopardized alot in the legal world, being that he held no pensioners he made mention of the lack of judgements made by both the prosecutors and detectives. Great Service! Quick results!

I had a desk appearance ticket that will now be sealed in 90 days. I also missed the court date and avoided being arrested on merit of a bench warrant due to Alberto, Noel, and the great staff. Very professional.
