My experience with Victor was very good. He represented my company in raising capital in two private placements, and he (and his firm) was our corporate attorney on our IPO. He exhibited a thoroughness and knowledge that greatly facilitated the development of our IPO prospectus and his interface wi...th our investment bankers and the investment banking community in general, was outstanding. His leadership and our straight-forward discussions in many critical areas was sincerely appreciated. After our successful IPO, he continued as our corporate counsel, and again was very responsive and worked with me directly in developing and reviewing many strategic scenarios for our company.
