Being a young entrepreneur it was important to me to work with a form that understands me well, and is willing ...to work with me in the areas I need additional help in. He was flexible in utilizing his team in order to give me the very best advice for the manufacturing/licensing agreements that I knew little about. He was also very clear in spelling out his terms for pay, and what to expect. That was important to me, as a small business owner.
