Retained Mr. Grabiner for a real estate purchase based on referral from realtor. When issues came up he was unresponsive and difficult to get a hold of. Does not return phone calls. At times felt like I was representing myself. Other than a cursory review of purchase agreement and being present a...t closing, he added little value to the transaction. Don't expect personal attention or advice. Would not recommend, there are many attorneys in New York City at the same price level who provide a much higher level of professionalism and service.
