Tracey Ann Bloodsaw

Had a huge problem with this lawyer. She agreed to represent me in my child custody/visitation, order of protection, and child support case. Bloodsaw seemed knowledgeable at first but later on in the case it became apparent that a lot of the information she gave me was inaccurate. For example, she as...sured me that my child support case would not get dropped. However, it did. She told me she would not be able to appear at the first hearing but that she notified the court and that because of this the case would be adjourned. However, at the first hearing, the other party's lawyer totally took advantage of us before it was adjourned. Bloodsaw was very hard to get a hold of over the phone a lot of times and seldom returned phone calls. She did not appear at my child support hearing as well, which was a very stressful experience. Fortunately both parties came to an agreement on joint custody and visitation and a hearing was scheduled for these agreements, in which Bloodsaw claimed she would attend. However a day before the hearing Bloodsaw said she would be 2 hours late because she was flying into New York that morning. Long story short Bloodsaw never attended the hearing like she was supposed to. As such, my hearing was postponed for 4 months. Upon adjourning the case I found out that Bloodsaw failed to file several important documents. Bloodsaw never followed up or apologized on her nonappearance to court that day. When I emailed her to tell her my disappointments and the outcome of her behavior she was unprofessional, arrogant, and rude in her email. I have decided to get rid of this lawyer and find another one. My experience with Bloodsaw's service was unprofessional, unreliable, and stressful.
