Professional and effective real estate attorney

I work developing multi-family and supportive housing projects for a non-profit organization in Maine. The projects are funded with a combination of federal and state money as well as loans and private donors. The funding for each project can involve a complicated, multi-layered package of funding an...d accompanying regulations. I have worked with Tim for over 10 years and he has always been very helpful and professional. His comprehensive knowledge of real estate law and his ability to effectively problem solve make him a huge asset to our organization.

Great Real Estate Attorney

I work for a non-profit that develops, owns and manages housing in Maine using state and federal funds, in addition to grants, loans, and private equity. We have closed more than 45 real estate transactions with Tim over the last 10 years, some of which were very challenging. Without fail, Tim has b...een responsive, professional, and effective. We value him for his knowledge, his problem-solving prowess, and his sense of humor.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
