Pasquale Vincent Vairo

As a Member of Godosky & Gentile, Pasquale brings decades of trial experience and a deep commitment to clients whose lives have been changed by negligence or medical error. He joined the firm in 2002 after serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, where he sharpened his litigation skills prosecuting criminal cases and developed the disciplined preparation that now defines his civil practice. Pasquale has devoted the last twenty-plus years to representing people suffering catastrophic injuries and families pursuing wrongful death claims, particularly in complex medical malpractice and negligence matters. His work has led to numerous seven-figure outcomes, including a $10.5 million recovery for a missed kidney infection that caused hypoxic brain injury, $6.4 million for a misdiagnosed benign brain tumor, and additional multi-million-dollar results involving congenital heart defects, obstetrical malpractice, construction site falls, and dram shop liability after a drunk-driving crash. Pasquale graduated from Villanova University and Brooklyn Law School, and he is licensed to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
