Nicole Alyse Hanna

Nicole Hanna is an attorney dedicated to representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries as a result of negligence and wrongful conduct. She combines extensive courtroom experience with a strategic, client-centered approach to advocate for those seeking justice after life-changing injuries.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law. While in law school, she interned with the Queens County District Attorney's Office in the Domestic Violence Bureau, where she gained valuable courtroom experience and secured her first trial victory.
Following graduation, Nicole served as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan with the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor. In that role, she investigated and prosecuted hundreds of felony narcotics trafficking, firearms, and organized crime cases. Her work required managing complex investigations, litigating evidentiary issues, negotiating resolutions, and trying cases in court, providing her with a strong foundation in advocacy and trial practice.

Nicole now focuses her practice on representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation for Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf. She draws upon her background as a prosecutor to thoroughly investigate claims, develop compelling case strategies, and aggressively advocate for clients who have been harmed by the negligence of others.
