Everyone can apply Some are lucky to win. You will not be able to claim the green-card for as long as you are inadmissible.

She does not have to do that. She can just go ahead and file for naturalization if other requirements are satisfied.

Hard to say. If your husband is a USC, the entire process from petition to the child's coming here should take about a year and a half.

You cannot reenter after deportation. it is going to land you in a lifetime inadmissibility bar.
