Your original employer's application seems to have been approved as CAP subject less than 6 years ago, so you are.

No need to correct. Present yourself at the US consulate and inform them you are now back home.

I agree. My interpretation is that only permanent changes of residence require reporting.

It is more than a bill. They need to amend their records and do not assume they will know your spouse's category has change the second you go...

I agree with my colleagues that you must work whatever time was certified on the LCA and whatever work schedule was certified there.

I am on L1B . I also have Consular based H1B from Oct 2012-Sep 2015 which i never used. What happens if i don't use H1B by 2015.

It is probably a waiver based on INA 212(h). or (i), depending on the crime. You need to be more specific.

It sounds a bit wrong. If the case was administratively closed, USCIS had no jurisdiction to adjudicate your request for residency and this should...
