Christopher J Donadio

I am an associate with the law firm of Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf. I have taken over 40 verdicts as lead trial counsel in the various State and Federal courts of New York. In addition, I have represented my clients in the appellate courts, having drafted and argued appeals in the State and Federal courts of New York.  As a result of my successes in the courtroom, I was recognized as a SuperLawyers Rising Star in the New York Metro area for 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. In addition, in 2016 I was selected as one of the Top 40 Under 40 attorneys in New York by the National Trial Lawyers. I am a member of partner Anthony Gair’s litigation team, where I work alongside Mr. Gair in the litigation of personal injury and medical malpractice cases. I am admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey.

I attended Duke Law School where I was a member of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and a member of the Moot Court Team. As a result of my oral advocacy abilities, I was selected to represent my law school at the prestigious National Moot Court Competition. During law school I also had the opportunity to work at legal clinics where I provided free representation to those who could not otherwise afford to hire an attorney. Through my work at these clinics I developed a passion for aiding individuals who had suffered significant harm.

            Prior to joining Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf, I worked for a corporate litigation firm where I represented large corporations. After a few years as a corporate litigator, I decided to follow my true passions and transitioned into the fields of personal injury and medical malpractice, where I could assist those who were truly in need of justice. I spent almost seven years at a New York plaintiff’s personal injury firm where I developed my craft of fighting for those who suffered severe harm.
