If someone is making a false statement, then talk with your attorney about any evidence you have that will prove it is false.
That would all depend on how backed up the testing laboratory is that they are using for the tests. Could be several weeks.

Restitution is dealt with through the District Attorney's office. You should contact them to find out what the situation is in this case.
There is no expungement in NYS. A case that i dismissed would be sealed and there would be no other information about it available.
