Anthony Clemenza

Anthony Clemenza is the Managing Partner of Clemenza Law Group in New York and has been admitted in New York since 2009. He serves as general counsel to companies and philanthropic organizations, on their contracts and vendor agreements, entity structure, intellectual property, employment, governance and risk, either on a flat monthly plan or at a fixed fee for a single matter.

He has founded several companies and sat in the C-suite of others, so he gives advice as someone who has paid for it. He founded The Legacy Foundation while in law school and has chaired its board ever since. Before law school he worked in acting and music, and he has since founded ventures in talent management and the performing arts, which is why entertainment and media is a core practice of the firm. He also founded the company that builds the software and AI systems the firm runs on, so his advice on AI comes from someone who builds the systems he advises on.
