Allan Zelikovic

Allan Zelikovic, Esq., works on Medical Malpractice cases where he has substantial experience. His work on more than 1,000 lawsuits dealing with issues of substandard medical care and dangerous drugs or devices testifies to the extensiveness of his experience (many of those cases involved injuries – some fatal – sustained during obstetrical deliveries, surgical procedures and emergency-room treatment). A nationally prominent lecturer on discovery techniques and on medical malpractice and defective drug/device litigation issues, Mr. Zelikovic is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western New York jurisdictions of U.S. District Court. He had been with Weitz & Luxenberg PC since 1990. Prior to that time, he worked for the law firm Lipsig Sullivan & Liapakis. While there, Mr. Zelikovic served on the plaintiffs' steering committee in a mass-tort litigation pertaining to DES (diethylstilbestrol) – since then he has also been involved in prosecuting cases involving defective Silicone Breast Implants and Pelvic Mesh. Born in Montreal, Canada, Mr. Zelikovic is a 1982 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and a graduate with honors of McGill University.
