You can be found to have engaged in authorized employment. As an H-1B holder, you can only work for the sponsoring employer.

The LCA should list the remote worksite. If it is listed, it should not be an issue. It is not clear why your pay stubs have a different location....

You need to indicate “yes” given you were arrested. The application ask about any arrest not certain ones.
