Hi, you can either ask the attorney that had it issued to withdraw it, or you can have it vacated in Court by way of an Order to Show Cause.

Visit the Queens County Clerk they usually don't give those documents out unless you're a party. They charge per page. You can give them cash.

If the judge signed the order to vacate and it was entered, then no, you cannot enforce the judgment because it is no longer legally valid/binding....
