You could be in violation of the automatic orders if you withdrew the funds post filing of the divorce.

If you were not married, your only recourse is a civil action.

The oral stip has the same legal effect as a written stip and the terms incroportate and survive the JOD.

The warrant will not be executed. Did he have permission to leave the program early? If not, there will be an issue.

The stipulation of settlement likely has a notices provision which details default and possible cure. At a minimum you would want to send it...
