Sara Therese Murphy

Sara Murphy is an Associate in the New York office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. Sara’s practice primarily focuses on product liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation, and general liability litigation. She has extensive experience representing major manufacturers through all phases of litigation from trial and through the appellate level in state and federal courts.

Prior to entering into private practice, Sara worked as a Court Attorney in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department, and clerked for the Honorable Robert E. Littlefield of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York.
