Assisted in recovering; 1.6 million dollars for a young girl in the bronx who sustained an injury during child birth, $750,000 for a woman in Brooklyn run over by a work vehicle, $325,000 for a man who fell down a defective stairs in Brooklyn, $225,000 for negligence supervision of a child by a organization charged with his care.
Notable cases; The Estate of Reynaldo Cuevas- 20 year old who was shot and killed by a police officer in the Bronx. US Citizen falsely arrested and wrongfully deported-due to discrimination by US custom and border patrol. Mr. Iglesias won a Convention Against Torture case on behalf of the son of a foreign dictator who proof that he would be killed if returned to his father's country.
Mr. Iglesias is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to practice law in New York State, the Eastern and Southern District Federal Courts.
