Maybe you could at some point, but why? A New Jersey court and a Pennsylvania court are going to give you much the same final result, anyway.

Heresay has to do with keeping certain evidence off of the trial record, it doesn't have anything to do with charging you.

No, it means the heating of the water. Unless the unit in question is rent controlled somehow, there isn't a limit.
