If "dating" means just spending time together, fine. But sex could be a legal problem.

You don't have to show your husband's account on your bankruptcy petition IF its his account and not yours....but this doesn't mean you can make...

You can sell it as long as you sell it at a rough market value. If it's worth 10K, 6K might be a bit low.
